WHAT TO PACK
Ho Chi Minh, the Mekong and Cambodia will be hot - t-shirt and flip flops weather.
Hanoi can be cooler - puffer and light rain jacket weather.
CLOTHES FOR CYCLING
2-3 pairs bike shorts -lightweight shorts with padding)
2-3 cycle shirts- you will also receive a Bike Vietnam cycle shirt and arm protectors on arrival.
3-4 pairs socks
riding gloves - if you are used to them
bike shoes - our bikes come with flat pedals which are best for this type of riding and either running shoes with a firm sole or enclosed toe sandals such as those made by Keen and Tiva.
OPTIONAL
Good helmets are provided, however you may prefer to bring your own.
You may also wish to bring your own saddle which we can fit to our bikes - no post required.
Most people use the saddles we provide.

There is also a cash points near the hotels in Ho Chi Minh, Siem Reap and Hanoi, which dispense dollars and local currency.

This can be done for a minimal cost $5 approx per bag full
This can be done in 24 hours in Ho Chi Minh, Siem Reap and Hanoi.
LUGGAGE ARRANGEMENTS
Most days you will bring your larger suitcase to the hotel lobby and it will then be transferred to your next hotel under the bus.
In the day you can leave a backpack on the bus which follows us around, you will have access.
On the bike there is a small handle bar bag with room for your phone, a small camera, money and tissues.
Water bottle and holder are provided.
SHOPPING
There is a chance for shopping Ho chi Minh, Cambodia and Hanoi.
Clothes shopping, silk pants, scarfs, tailored jackets and outfits and t-shirts.
There’s also a chance to buy traditional Vietnamese and Cambodian hand crafts, jewellery, statues, ornaments, tapestry….. which are beautiful.
Also knock off north face/ Patagonia jackets for about $20
and much more - So leave some room in your suitcase.
